Registration & Login

Our portal for partner opticians offers indivual and general information regarding:

  • marketing material
  • country specific information updates as for example events
  • access to your lens order status tracking
  • information on your current CNXT license and direct access to CNXT services
  • possibility to subscribe to a CNXT license or activate the CNXT Shop
  • direct contact to your Rodenstock representative
  • access to your invoices and turnover pdfs from previous month
  • access to a user management tool, where you can invite store employees to the portal and assign them a role with limited rights
  • latest information about Rodenstock innovations and products

The scope of functionalities evolves continously offering additional new features and services.

If you are Partner Optician in one of the following countries: Italy, Switzerland, UK, please follow this process:

  1. Complete the registration form to create a Rodenstock ID by providing your customer number and an invoice number (not older than 12 months).
  2. You need to enter this information only once for creating your Rodenstock ID.
  3. The Rodenstock ID consists of your individual e-mail adress assigned to your account and a password, which you can set during the registration process.

If you are a Partner Optician located in a different area, please get in touch with you Rodenstock representative to learn for when the Rodenstock Pro portal is scheduled for your country. 

If you are Partner Optician in one of the following countries:

  • Italy,
  • Switzerland,
  • UK,

use your Rodenstock ID to access the protected services and tools available in the portal.

The Rodenstock ID consists of your email adress and password and is linked to your customer account.

Your Rodenstock ID

Your Rodenstock ID is your personal account which you use to login to access the Rodenstock Pro portal services and to log into CNXT. 

Important: your Rodenstock ID must be linked to a personal e-mail address assigned to the individual account owner. Please do not use a generic or shared e-mail address such as a store, team or branch mailbox. Access is intended for one specific user only.

To sign into the Rodenstock Pro portal, you always need your Rodenstock ID.

Yes.

To grant access for your employees, please use the User Management Tool to add new users to the portal. You can access the tool via your account flyout. Further information is available on the User Management Tool page.
